Moderne Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen
These rooms reflect a Moderne or 50’s Contemporary spirit. The motif of “line” was used to tie together all three spaces. The use of black moldings at ceiling level, the furniture style reflecting straight lines and the lighting fixtures and custom designed railing all reflect this.
Of note here is the use of two dining tables, enabling the clients to create either separate eating space or one larger area. Use of one table for dining and one for serving or two separate tables for bridge further enhance the room’s flexibility. Additionally, the use of four loveseats in the living area is an unexpected change from the more ordinary sectional sofa. A convenient conversation grouping, it allows comfortable seating for eight in this more formal environment.
The drawings submitted for approval before construction give our clients a good understanding of the final product.
